About Her Short Story
Rabbit Overlord by Allie Jo Andersen
Zookeeper Timothy just wants to make a difference in the world by sharing his appreciation for animals through an educational class. The problem? Nobody has signed up. When he saves a rabbit from a tree and gets bombarded by an entire group of talking bunnies who make him their Rabbit Overlord, he thinks his problem is solved. The rabbits will aid him in getting a lot of people to his class. But Charlie, the young zoo scout who follows Timothy around like a puppy dog, thinks they need to find the rabbits’ real alpha. When the rabbits get sicker and sicker, Timothy realizes he has to find the true Rabbit Overlord before the rabbits suffer permanent damage.
