Discover the Next Generation of Christian Storytellers…
Featuring Anna Harp

Anna Harp grew up wrestling legs and feet that never quite listened due to her cerebral palsy. Though her feet refused her dream of running, she still lived adventures through books. Now she writes young adult fantasy stories about sidelined characters with physical limitations who still dare to dream, rise above their fears, and find their strength while pursuing their goals. When not writing, she’s cheating gravity in the family pool, jamming to her favorite movie soundtracks while playacting stories, or taking her daily ride on the Nap Train.

About Her Short Story
Courage Wings by Anna Harp
Squeak dreams of joining the illustrious Hummingbird Cavalry. But since a fall as a hatchling left him too afraid to leave the ground and fly, he figures his dream will never come true. So, despite the threat of the terrible tomcat, Sphinx, Squeak sticks to the ground, leaving the air to the true knights.
But then Sphinx attacks while Squeak and his elven mistress, Blossom, hop to the Solstice Moon Dance. The tomcat corners Blossom, and nothing Squeak can do from the ground helps.
Is his love for Blossom strong enough to give him a knight’s wings?
