Discover the Next Generation of Christian Storytellers…
Featuring Lily Grace

Lily Grace started scribbling out stories to describe the worlds and characters she saw in her head. But now instead of using scribbles, she writes her early drafts in cursive. Through her stories, she seeks to connect with readers who have lived through trauma, drawing from her own experiences and the stories she sees unfolding around her. When she’s not writing, you can find her making, drinking, writing or dreaming about coffee, connecting with friends and fellow readers on social media, and getting lost in whimsical worlds.

About Her Short Story
The Room That Could Be Mine by Lily Grace
There’s a room at the end of the hallway that ten-year-old Cassie could make her own. She’s even made a scrapbook with all the ways she wants to decorate it. But the only problem is that she has to stay one whole night in her room by herself. When she decides to change that, there’s a summer storm that cuts off the power, leaving her without her nightlight and face to face with her greatest fear – the dark. But she remembers with the encouragement of her sister, Lia, that maybe she can stay by herself because she doesn’t have to face her fear alone.
