With the hope that Christ provided she decided to write her own fiction- to give readers courage to overcome the chaos and discouragement in their lives by giving them hope. In her spare time you can find her hip-hop dancing, finally becoming good at art, or polishing her decade of experience playing the piano.

The Candle & The Grove by Abigail Ellison
Seventeen year old Sylvan just wants to weave her silks and share them with her best friend Cedar.
But when he doesn’t return from the spider silk groves, she is forced to leave the ring of protective candles around her village and face what roams the dark. Gaunt trees, the whisper of words unspoken, the cool touch of beings that claim you as their own. Now she must evade these frigid shadows, or else risk never seeing Cedar again. Can Sylvan find a way to reunite with her best friend, or will they both be consumed by the night?
