Chad Kopitzke is the founder of NeXtGen Advantage, a talent management firm in Appleton, Wisconsin, dedicated to reshaping workplace culture for lasting success. With over a decade at UW Oshkosh, where he played a pivotal role in the university’s internship program, Chad brings extensive experience in fostering next-generation talent. A public speaker and expert on generational dynamics in the workplace, Chad also provides career coaching for job seekers looking to make meaningful transitions. Chad’s approach to talent management combines human-focused strategies with modern technology, guiding companies and individuals alike through today’s evolving workplace challenges to build resilient, thriving futures.
He and his wife, Becky, are work-from-home entrepreneurs in lovely northeast Wisconsin, where they are busy raising two teenage daughters, two mischievous office dogs, and a menagerie of reptiles—a homeschool project that took on a life of its own.
