We often hear from students who want to join the Author Conservatory and begin building a sustainable writing career…but don’t have the funds to join.

So this summer, we wanted to offer a special opportunity.

One of the courses our students normally take in Year Three of the Conservatory is a professional development and job placement training course taught by career coach Chad Kopitzke.

The course teaches students a variety of essential business skills, including:

• How to find the right jobs for their skillset and interests
• How to stand out professionally to potential employers
• How to navigate job search tools so they can find options they love

It makes a tremendous difference for the students who take the course.

And so we had a thought—why not allow prospective students to take this course before they join the Conservatory so they can land the job they need to better save up for the program?

So here’s your opportunity:

Through August 15, every student who commits to the Author Conservatory will have the chance to immediately take the professional development course—even if they don’t start the Conservatory until twelve months from now. And if we aren’t able to help you land a job within six months of starting the course, you can drop out with a complete refund.*

This professional development class isn’t just a series of pre-recorded videos. It also comes with:

• Personal mentorship and advice from Chad Kopitzke
• Live Zoom calls with your classmates and instructor
• Follow-ups after the two-month class to help students implement what they’ve learned

We believe that this kind of personal mentorship will enable students to land jobs and earn more than they could otherwise this year.

And we would love to equip prospective students to be able to afford the Conservatory.
